£300K Reward for Competency, Excellence and Trust Claritas Fashions IT for McArthurGlen
McArthurGlen, Europe’s leading designer outlet retailer, with 7 centres in the UK and a further 14 across Europe, has extended its Customer Relationship Management IT contract with West Yorkshire based Claritas Solutions, worth in the region of £60,000, taking its total investment in IT services beyond £300,000 per annum.
Overall Claritas manages communication, security and mail archiving IT systems for McArthurGlen. The annual contract also covers all its existing applications and now the upgraded CRM Consultancy services.
2006 saw the start of the strong partnership between the two companies, proving especially relevant in the support of McArthurGlen’s growing European empire.
